Sälj med hjälp av sociala medier – Social Media Club

Idag är det dags för årets första Social Media Club i Göteborg. Temat är Sälj med hjälp av sociala medier och jag har turen att få moderera detta viktiga ämne. Tanken är att vi idag ska ta fram konkreta tips till olika typer av företag på hur de kan bli bättre på att sälja med dagens kanaler.

Utgångspunkten kommer att vara våra egna köpupplevelser och hur vår köpprocess brukar se ut. Finns det några problem, frågeställningar eller möjlighter som vi möter före, under och efter ett köp som skulle kunna förbättras? Kort sagt, vad skulle få dig att förlänga relationen med företaget, bli en återkommande kund och berätta för andra om din upplevelse?
